About Me

Pamela J. Thomas is the founder and owner of Kairos Advisers LLC. She is also a Certified Advisor of the Organization for Entrepreneurial Development. OED is a 501(c)3 charitable organization dedicated to bringing together entrepreneurs and their champions, making available to emerging and transforming businesses the resources which traditionally have only been available to larger or public sector companies... grants, support, investments, information, tools, guidance, advice, and hands-on expertise.

Pam has been a consultant to various individuals, small businesses, churches and other not for profit organizations. Pam spent 15 years as an equity analyst, portfolio manager, and consultant for various banks, and investment companies, including the General Electric Investment Corporation and the Virginia Retirement System.

Through her media arm, Diamond Perspectives, Pam has facilitated a wide variety of workshops, classes, and retreats over the past decade including: Coping with Change in the New Millenium, Living a Soul Aligned Life, and Personal and Corporate Discernment workshops. She holds a B.A. in Economics from Princeton University, a M.B.A. in Finance from the Wharton School, and a M. Div. from Union Presbyterian Seminary in Virginia.

At this stage in her life, Pam is deeply committed to being an agent of constructive change and transformation in this unique moment in history. Her broad skills and big picture perspective has allowed her to bring this message to a multitude of organizations in the corporate and non-profit arenas.
